Sarah Sutton, CFP®

Sarah serves as Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) for Brogan Financial. Sarah earned her BBA from the University of Memphis. She also holds her Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certification.

As CCO, Sarah is responsible for ensuring Brogan Financial’s conformity with the regulatory requirements for registered investment advisors and our fiduciary duty to clients. She is responsible for the development and monitoring of the firm’s compliance program, including policies, procedures, internal controls and code of ethics. Sarah works with us remotely on a daily basis and is onsite in the Brogan Financial office frequently.

Sarah is also a Senior Consultant for Oyster Consulting LLC, a leading service provider to the financial industry in Richmond, Virginia. Prior to joining Oyster, Sarah was Senior Vice President for a large, national Broker/Dealer firm. Sarah brings over 20 years of industry experience including regulatory compliance, financial planning and advising, regional management and branch supervision.
