Spotlight on Rich Polchinski
Q: Tell us a little bit about your family.
A: My wife, Kristen, and I have two daughters, ages two and three. Most of our free time is spent doing whatever our girls want to do. But we do enjoy football, baseball, golf, wine, and traveling as much as we can.
Q: What’s your preferred vacation destination?
A: Kristen and I love going to Mexico and the Caribbean. We especially enjoy St. Kitts, Nevis and the Cayman Islands. We typically head somewhere south for a while when it gets cold here in the States.
Q: What is your favorite family tradition?
A: Definitely getting together with family during Thanksgiving! We start cooking the turkey around 7 am and then all head to a Turkey Trot. By the time we get back the turkey is almost done, we’re extra hungry and we can eat it for lunch and dinner.
