July 20, 2010 - KNOXVILLE - University of Tennessee, Knoxville, alumnus Jim Brogan of Brogan Financial has established the Beauchamp E. Brogan Investment Fellowship at the College of Business Administration in honor of his father. April 2010 - Radio Show Rebranded – More Living with Jim Brogan launched on April 18 in replacement of the Well Preserved title. Each More Living show will highlight at least one guest discussing a current topic, along with the “More Cent$” segment featuring a nugget of Jim’s financial knowledge.  August 2009 - James Kraeske of Brogan Financial has been awarded the only nationally recognized retirement designation, CIS™, Certified Income Specialist, from the Institute of Business and Finance. This graduate level designation requires candidates to complete a one year course focusing on fixed income instruments, retirement and financial planning, taxes, Medicare, withdrawal plans, stretch IRAs and reverse mortgages.
Kraeske has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. He has been with Brogan Financial since April 2009 as an associate planner. |

This graduate level designation requires candidates to complete a 60 plus hour educational program and series of exams focusing on trusts, wills, probate, retirement benefits, caring for children, and what should be done after the death of a loved one.
